Property Details
This luxury apartment is on the fourth floor of an apartment block in a quiet area but within a 5 minute walk of the beach, shops, restaurants and bars, and the famous Puerto Marina. It has has three bedrooms, one double and two twins. There are two bathrooms with bath and shower. The apartment is fully air conditioned. There is a lounge/dining room overlooking the communal garden and pool. It has a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, freezer and microwave. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The TV shows the local Spanish channels and there is a video player. All linen and towels are provided but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. Being on the top floor of the block, this apartment benefits from a terrace with table and chairs for relaxing in the sun in private. Children are welcome and smokers are allowed but are asked to consider other guests and to smoke only on the terrace. There is a lift so the apartment is suitable for disabled and wheelchair guests.
