Welcome to the site of our Brand New Luxury Villa in the Beautiful Florida Sunshine. Our Orlando Villa is situated in the highly acclaimed and much sought after Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes. Just minutes from Walt Disney World and close to all major attractions, our villa has everything you and your family need for a perfect holiday.
Luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, Air-conditioned villa with large private screened Pool & Spa, located on the new & prestigious Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, which is a gated community.
Our villa is only 15 minutes from the heart of Disney, 5 minutes from Greg Norman Golf and will be just 5 minutes from the planned Posner Park leisure and retail development. There are several other golf courses nearby, as well as a Walmart superstore, and an abundance of restaurants.
This quiet and exclusive lakeside community has a magnificent gated entrance and lakefront amenities which are to include clubhouse, fitness centre, picnic area, fishing and water sports.

FACILITIES
The two large master bedrooms are both en-suite, with large, spacious walk in closets with clothes hangers provided. Each master has its own direct access to the Lanai/pool and extended deck area. They are tastefully furnished, with King-sized beds. The two twin bedrooms share a third bathroom. One of the twin rooms is Disney themed, ideal for children - (Of all ages!) All bedrooms have cable TV. All bed-linen/towels & hairdryer are provided.
The large family room has patio doors giving access to the covered Lanai, and has a full entertainment package, including cable TV, DVD player with a selection of DVD’s and Hi-Fi system.
There is a separate “Den” area, equipped with games/cards/books, can also be used for watching TV, or simply relaxing. This also incorporates a queen sized sofa bed, and can be utilised as an extra bedroom, maximising the occupancy to 10.
A telephone is provided, with local calls free of charge.
There is a large, spacious, fully equipped open plan kitchen, with separate dining area. There is a large American style Fridge/Freezer, incorporating Ice & Chilled water dispensers.
A fully equipped utility room, incorporating washer/dryer, iron & ironing board, is situated just off the kitchen. (Vacuum, brush, mop & bucket are all supplied in case of mis-haps).
The extended decking & screened pool is the perfect place to catch some sun, swim or just relax under the Lanai, where you will find a luxurious set of patio furniture and comfortable loungers. The Lanai has lighting, as well as a ceiling-fan to help keep you cool on the warm Florida evenings. Pool lighting also creates a special “evening” atmosphere. The six-person Spa is a great place to relax, with a cold drink after a tiring day at the parks. The Pool & Spa can be heated at an extra charge. For peace of mind, a safety fence is installed to help prevent children accessing the pool unsupervised.

Calabay Parc at Tower lakes is one of the most elegant, stylish and sought after vacation communities in central Florida.
It is a highly exclusive development, which nestles quietly alongside a picturesque lake, with its own fishing pier and boat ramp.
At the end of the day, there is no better place to watch the fantastic Floridian sunset, than sat at the lakeside, gazing across the water.
The community will also boast its own clubhouse, children’s play area, nature trail and cycle path.
It is conveniently located on US Highway 27, just minutes off the Interstate 4. The situation is perfect for Disney, with none of the parks more than 15 minutes away. There is also a great selection of bars and restaurants nearby.
There are numerous excellent Golf courses within the vicinity. The Greg Norman championship Course is just 5 minutes away.
It is ideally located for both Orlando International Airport (MCO) which is approximately 25 minutes away, as well as Sandford Airport (SFB) which is also a straightforward drive, taking approximately 45 minutes.

| The price per week is for the Villa, not per person!! The pool can be heated for an additional charge of £90/week. (recommended between October and April) A deposit of £125/week will be required to secure bookings, and the balance paid 10 weeks prior to departure. Also payable at this time will be a £300 security bond to cover breakages/damage/loss etc.. This will be refunded 2 weeks after your return on confirmation that the Villa was left without the bond being used. If it was, then the balance will be returned to you accordingly.
