The house has a large double bedroom upstairs with oak beams and a large king-size bed and 2 single beds in same room. The small bedroom upstairs contains two single beds. The bedrooms can comfortably accommodate five people, ideal for a family or group visiting Le Mans etc. The main bedroom has a wardrobe and set of drawers. A single bed or cot is also available in the same room. Upstairs there is also an adjoining shower room with a wash basin, wc and a wall heater.

Downstairs leads you to a large kitchen/diner room and a separate lounge. A split level front door leads you into the kitchen/dining area with a gas cooker, sink, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble-dryer. The dining table has seating for six people. Another door leads you into the lounge where there is a log fire, satellite wide-screen TV, DVD player and a collection of books and games to relax with. There is also a double bed/settee in the lounge for extra guests or family which gives a maximum accommodation of 7. Air conditioning and heating is included in the kitchen and lounge areas.
